Our form covers “all risks” of direct physical loss coverage on property specifically scheduled on the Declarations page.

Coverage is provided wherever the property is located within the United States (excluding Alaska) and Canada.

Additionally Acquired Property (additional similar items bought or leased long-term) have an automatic 30 day coverage.  This coverage is limited to 10% of the policy limit, up to $10,000.

An 80% coinsurance is required.

Endorsements for Flood and Earthquake are available.
